Why some things are paid
24/7 mode holds a voice connection open indefinitely, filters cost processing on the audio node, and long queues and unlimited playlists cost storage. Those have a bill attached. Everything else does not, so everything else is free.
One subscription, several servers
A plan covers a number of servers and you choose which. Move it whenever you like: a server you stop running should not cost you anything.
Billing
Monthly, cancel any time, refunded in full within 14 days if you ask. Purchases are sold by Tebex Limited as merchant of record, who handle the payment, the invoice and the tax.
