Terms of service

A music bot and a web player, free, with no ads. It is offered as-is and with no guarantee of uptime. It runs on one server; it will go down sometimes, and features may change or be removed.

• Follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be old enough to use Discord where you live.
• Do not use the bot to play content you have no right to play.
• Do not try to break it: no automating it beyond ordinary use, no probing it for weaknesses, no getting at other people’s data.
• Only point it at servers you are allowed to add bots to.

DomiBot does not host any music. It finds tracks on third-party services and plays them, and those services have their own terms which apply to what you listen to.

Playlists you create are yours. Keeping them private, sharing them with a server, or making them public is your choice, and anything you make public can be seen and played by others.

Access can be withdrawn from a user or a server that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts it at risk. Usually you will be told why. Where abuse is ongoing, it may happen first and be explained after.

DomiBot is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its operator is not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost playlists, downtime, or anything that happens on your server while it is running.

You are responsible for what happens on servers you administer, including what people choose to play there.

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the bot after that means accepting the new version.

DomiBot is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed, or supported by Discord Inc., and Discord is not responsible for it.
